Budapest Exchange

Learning from each others cultures and history, the Budapest exchange provides an important insight for our students. The theme of the exchange has over the years focused on both natural and social science topics, such as the achievements of the Swedish diplomat Raoul Wallenberg.

The Budapest exchange programme has been a part of IHGR since 2010 and keeps being highly appreciated by the students and staff alike. Each year the teachers decide on a theme to set the tone of the exchange and over the years themes such as Raoul Wallenberg's heroics in Budapest in 1944, street art, and sustainable development have been discussed.

This year the group of students and teachers that have been selected for the Budapest exchange will spend a week with their Hungarian classmates in April. The theme of 2020 is news filtering.
