Window Poetry
Experience some of West Sweden’s poets and musicians in Window Poetry, which started to draw attention to Gothenburg's application to become a UNESCO City of Literature.
Window Poetry has several purposes, one is to spread information about Gothenburg's application to become one of UNESCO's Cities of Literature, another to focus on stage poetry and the rich literary life that exists in Gothenburg. And of course to offer some live culture in the time of corona restrictions and celebrate Gothenburg´s 400th anniversary in 2021.
A film was made in October 2020. Window Poetry is a collaboration between: Writers’ Centre West, The Cultural Administration City of Gothenburg (Frilagret, Culture Affairs Administration, the City Library), The Trade and Industry group at Gothenburg & Co, ABF, Folkets hus and Gothenburg House of Literature.
