Second Opinion

In the work with the Green Bonds, City of Gothenburg has collaborated with CICERO, an independent research institute at the University of Oslo (Center for International Climate and Environmental Research). CICERO has provided a so-called second opinion about the city framework for Green Bonds, verifying that the framework is up to standard.
