Code of Conduct

Complaints Procedure
The complaints procedure aims to ensure clear communication and resolve issues fairly through a three-stage process. Students or guardians should first discuss the issue with the relevant staff member. If unresolved, a meeting will be scheduled with the programme coordinator to address the issue. If still unresolved, a written appeal may be submitted to the principal. If a resolution is still not reached, the complaint can be taken to Gothenburg Municipality.
There is also a specific global procedure for certain IB-related complaints.

The Language Policy reflects the school's multicultural environment, where English is the common academic language. Students are also supported in developing their mother tongue and Swedish.
