Hälsoteket in Nordost offers various activities where you can improve your health. We are available to you if you would like to learn more about health or participate in any of our activities. We offer various group exercise activities, courses, lectures, individual health advice and social activities where you can meet new people.

• All activities are free of charge.
• Anyone can participate regardless of physical condition and language level.
• You do not need to notify in advance to participate in any activities except for our courses.
• All activities and more information can be found in our program.
